Taxes & Fees

Introductory Note
The information below is intended to explain what taxes and fees apply when you book your travel arrangements with us. Prices shown are for one adult and are subject to additional charges, including, without limitation:
September 11th Security Fee
$2.50 per flight segment with a maximum up to $5 per one-way or $10 per roundtrip.
Passenger Facility Charges
Up to $18.00, depending on the itinerary.
Federal Segment Fees
$3.00 per US flight segment. Note: A segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing.
Travel Facilities Tax
Up to $14.60 per roundtrip for domestic flights beginning or ending in Alaska or Hawaii; and for international travel
Foreign and US Government Charges
Up to $200 per roundtrip, depending on routing and destination
Fuel Surcharge
Various airline surcharges from $1.50 to over $50 may apply.
Booking Fee
Each airline ticket purchased carries a non-refundable fee of up to $18.00 USD. The fee varies based on airfare, carrier, destination and other factors.
In lieu of online booking fees, eTravCo will add $30.00 USD (non-refundable) service fee to each ticket purchased by phone.
On changes to previously issued tickets that require new tickets to be issued, a $30.00 USD booking fee will be charged by eTravCo.
The current maximum number of tickets per transaction is nine. Purchasing more than nine tickets begins a new transaction with its own fees.
eTravCo booking fee applies to both e-tickets and paper tickets. Our processing fee and if applicable, an airline-imposed paper ticket fee also apply to paper tickets.
eTravCo earns a service fee of $5.00 on hotel transactions and rental car transactions.
